I'm just so full right now. I have so many of these fears wrapped up in me. I'm unraveling each one by one. It's hard not to get despondent about life but I refuse to give in. I am a work in progress. A lot of road work signs are up. "Under Constrution" is what I'm using these days.

Listening to this is making me realise it's about where we emotionally stand from a perspective point of view. In the 5th/6th dimension (beyond time and space) we can identify with an infinite number of perspectives in relation to our self image that is then literally projected and shows up as the 3D. We can choose which lens to perceive through, the lens of love or fear.

The hardest thing about fear is scouring the heart, soul, and spirit...in the quest for discovering the higher self...Joseph thank you for sharing these insights, and I'm looking forward to learning more from you! :)

In my experience LOVE can not exist in a fearful environment because there is either LOVE or FEAR and they can't exist at the same time in time. And since MIND is not a time construct and of the ego it can't be found in a feeling or thought although these are in the background and until this is not my whole REALITY your input is GOLD And I LOVE YOU! LOVE always looks for LOVE. All else is an illusion. :)

This talk is truly an important one and one worth heeding. Plenty of pearls available and noting for incorporation into daily lives. It made me feel more loving.

I'm far from rich, but not poor, either, because I was able to take advantage of my parents, to live at home cheap, and they let me, in exchange for doing the household necessities, so, I live considerably cheaper, than most people, still, to this day, and I'm almost 50. I live within my means. If my means went down, so would my lifestyle. I did poorly, in school, didn't go to college/university. I never had ambition, and what I make, reflects this. Because of my living arrangement, I've managed to save to go to Europe 3 times, and own my vehicle, outright. Granted, there are some things I'd like to buy, some places I'd like to go, but I can't afford it, and that's ok, I don't have to keep up with the Jones's. I've learned to live with that reality. It's all a matter of what one prioritizes. Keeping my head above water, is good enough.

How about changing the programming that tells us that some foods are unhealthy? Or that we need exercise for good health? These are just fear-based beliefs.

Can't we also "choose" to activate our body's natural ability to repair and regenerate so we don't hafta "wrestle" and repress desires for things that feel good? I understand a balance is necessary, but it seems imbalanced to judge something as being "bad for our health" when the pressure of all work and no play is one of the WORST things we could do for our health.
