Thank you. I have a difficult time retaining information. I am more visual than audio. This seems to work for me. I am 65 years old and want to keep learning new things. I like this approach and am very grateful to find your channel. Now, I will probably have to listen to each video more than once but I have the time and the inclination so that is not a problem. I also find note taking helpful. So I guess I will get me a new notebook to start this new journey. Yay. 2020 is brimming with possibilities.

Thought control.. very interesting because last year, I struggled ALL YEAR to complete a 7 day water fast. I didn’t accomplish it until December. In fact, it was almost EASY. I was trying to figure out what made it so? It was my thoughts that changed. I felt that I “had” to because the year was over. I did not allow my mind to visualize food that I wanted to eat. I kept telling myself encouraging things. So it was all in my thought control. I mean, it’s simple but I never got that until now.

I went from sitting down watching Netflix for 8 hours at a time to binge watching your channel to taking notes like its a class. The lat 1 week has been so interesting and I can feel the change within. Will update in a few months my progress.

You said something very important about rejection it seems I need to reprogram my subconscious mind because after my ex rejected me my life has flipped upside down and now I am building myself up I can see some results through self love and focusing on myself yes but it could be the shortcut not to identify with this rejection as it is affecting my self worth I know it is wrong but this seems it is embedded in my subconscious mind. I bought bluetooth headphones so I can cook and listen to your youtube videos. I experience so much difficulty with the basic desire of 'I deserve to eat and nourish my body'. I also have social anxiety and struggle with selecting the video option on zoom calls and letting people see me.Thus, I thought your videos flowing to my ears can help me understand why I am the way I am. I'm going to re-start therapy too.

Seems like goal seeking whether it be for success or something else is the mind trying to develop and affirm an ideal state of being. I suppose that's why some say pray without ceasing, in that way it is a constant affirmation now. To seek is to never be fulfilled, seems like you are better off constantly affirming until it becomes natural.
