講解太好了,我的椎間盤突出問題開始幾年了,每每向前彎腰撿東西就觸發劇痛,尤其是手伸長舉重物更是如閃電般的痛,接著必須彎腰走路,要幾個星期才能復原,間中要不斷做脊椎運動。我不久前去做了MRI, 等報告作下一步治療。dr Wong 讓我明白為什麼向前彎腰會痛,更有用的是向後彎腰能復原突出的椎間盤,我做cobra 動作時覺得舒服,很有放鬆感。謝謝。
You're so helpful. 好多謝你拍這麼多 videos. My left neck suffered for at least 6-7 yrs 扯 n (手指痲痺 嚴重咗), 呢排跟你拍的 neck stretching exercises 做咗 less than 2 weeks, 好咗8-9成. 只欠頸向後的位置仍有少許拉扯。 呢幾日已經冇手痺 n (2隻手震情況都無震得咁勁) - 自讀書時代已經冇手震了,但我的 heartbeat normal.
