Thibs didn’t want to sub him… I was willing to live in the grey zone with my Thibs opinion until I watched him try to keep a dude with either a dangerous hernia or or a torn ab muscle on the court for a whole playoff game, against the players’ request…

the derrick rose thing was questionable because they already had a big lead and derrick rose had a freak injury that time. However, blaming Thibs for Hart’s injury is dumb af. This is game 6 in eastern conference finals and they need to do whatever it takes to win it. The players play more physically and aggressively and basketball is a highly injury prone sport. Every single player experiences a somewhat critical injury at some point, and once you have an injury, you have a higher risk to get injured on the other side due to body imbalance. Also, the sudden spurts, stops, bumps, jumps in basketball make it very injury prone.. No hooper would blame this on the coach man. This ain’t same as the D Rose situation when he didn’t need to be in the game at that point.

Saying you love a coach who literally runs the players of the team you love into the ground and ignores them when they want to come out of the game and tells them to keep playing through an injury is crazy you can’t love the knicks and love thibs at the same time he may have helped get the team here but he will also be the reason they don’t make it

This isn't a normal situation, the Knicks have picked up a lot of injuries in the last month (and no, it wasn't all on Thibs). No playoff team is 12-13 men deep, but that's how far the Knicks need to go down due to all the injuries.
