Garrett Greene for West Virginia. He's short but he's a playmaker. Neal Brown said they focused this offseason on improving his completion % on intermediate throws. If he gets better in that aspect he'll be one of the best QB's in the Big 12.

There’s like 10 programs who have constantly relevant QBs. Kansas State and Iowa State are not one of them either
