Mr. Pate, thank you so much for what you and your team bring to the table for college football. Some topics and issues in college football are subjective, and can't be nailed down to one line of thinking. Other topics however are clearly based on TRUTH and FALSEHOODS. You sir, have a seamless process of delivering the truth on all topics concerning our religion (D1 College Football). In todays society, it's definitely a breath of fresh air to simply listen to the TRUTH being delivered in such a digestible way. We hope and pray for the continued success of your program and look forward to see the growth that comes with said success. GO CLEMSON !!!!

Neyor was getting 1B to Worthy’s 1A type of hype last year. He was tearing camp up and reports that him and Ewers connected deep like it was second nature, which we saw a flash of in the spring game AD is the sexier pick because he’s from UGA and has produced on the biggest stage and is no doubt a really solid player. But if Neyor can get back to 100% he’s got a chance to explode on the scene

Quinn's first year numbers are better than both Vince Young's and Sam Ehlinger's. His numbers aren't too far off from Colt McCoy's considering Quinn was injured most of the year. Then consider the the receiving core he has and the addition of Adondai Mitchell. Quinn is gonna have a great year.
@dragonsurge1

Injured most of the year? He was only out for 3.5 games. His numbers last year were horrendous but that could have just been inexperience. I don’t think he was just playing through an injury because Hudson Card was a very viable back up in that situation. He could certainly improve before next season but let’s not pretend his last season wasn’t abysmal.

@thelatekickwithjoshpate I think Texas defense will be significantly improved on some areas you didn’t really touch on much in the above video. 1. Anthony Hill - how you said people knew the second Kelvin stepped on campus, this kid has been an absolute sponge. We think he’s got the ability to get snaps rushing off the edge and getting moved around to impact the game as much as possible, similar to what LSU did with Harold Perkins (not to say he’s him). 2. We lost Coburn but it’s T’Vondre Sweatt’s contraft year and he’s every bit the player. Byron Murphy has always had quite a bit of hype. And Alfred Collin’s had always been a guy that’s been described as a first-round talent. If he can break through or scratch the surface, that’s a massive force multiplier. Last but not least, DBs. Jalen Catalon when healthy is an all-American level safety. He’s a little bit of a wildcard because of health but the upside is insane. Furthermore, we brought in Galvin Holmes to compete for the corner spot opposite Ryan Watts, and reports are he’s really solid. 5-star corner Malik Muhammed is already seizing his opportunity and may still start over a really solid Holmes. Barron is the best slot in the conference! So many stud DBs with a great 2023 class coming in as well. I think the main thing that’ll make or break the defense is the position of OLB in PKs 2-4-5 - Jack & Buck. Baryn Sorrell is a fine player at Jack, but if we are able to have a player like a Colton Vasek or even Ant Hill be able to really get home on the QB.. I 100% believe this defense has the potential to be elite. Maybe not in YPG as PK implements a bend don’t break philosophy, but elite in total PPG allowed

Texas is a playoff team based on talent. Anything less than the playoffs is a disappointment this year.

The issue is that we loyal Texas fans are yearning for another Vince Young-ish QB to bring TX up to the elite status again. Let's be real, TX isn't ready for a full season of SEC heavy hitters like Bama, Auburn, LSU, GA, etc... It's bad now in the Big 12. It'll be worse in the SEC. Need we look any farther than A&M.

Honestly, why does anyone even try to rush the QB anymore? Even if you get home you can’t hit them. But you’re most likely just going to get held without a call.

Let's see, after Texas gets curb-stomped by Alabama Sarkisian we'll lose half the locker room because they know they ain't no playoffs they going to so you can bet two to three losses to other teams in the last year being in the Big 12. I'd say Alamo bowl then comes the SEC 😳 lol.

Texas wont be good and the reason is Austin. Austin is an awful place to focus on football. So is Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami and every other big city. The schools in those cities all dropped off the relevance map at the same time. The smartphones came in and then the city schools all started to suck.
