Amazing house but this is a bit steep. Probably worth around $15m. But you never know, Trousdale is only so big and if someone is willing to spend the money, why not charge it.

Question. When it comes to listings that you may lose for whatever reason, why don't you charge the client for the expenses incurred for advertising their property ? It seems as if just lose that money. That just doesn't sense to me. Thanks.
