A dry airline isn’t a deal breaker for me. It’s the service and price that are more important.

As a Kuwaiti, there was a time in the between 2005 to about 2014, where my family and I no longer flew on Kuwait Airways, as the planes were very outdated and the service was not as good as it should have been. However, since about 2014, they have really started to work so hard on their product, and now I absolutely love Kuwait Airways and will always be my number 1 choice, because it is such an excellent airlines today

I flew kuwait airways in nov 2018 from delhi to Milan and return, i was so impressed by the service of this airline and thought why there is no fuss about this airline. On return from milan the flight got canceled due to flooding in kuwait and within one hour at the airport the airline booked me with turkish airways. So I think this airline deserve its much needed appreciation ❤️

Out of all airlines I travelled Kuwait Airways was the best..Few hours before my departure I checked in asked for a window seat the staff said ok, and after sometime I asked again pls give me a window seat , after everything was done he gave the boarding pass saying "Sir you have been upgraded to business class". Not only to me but for my entire family. :) 😀

As a ukrainian, makes me feel very proud that they serve Kiev-style chicken on Kuwait airways

I have born in kuwait and its good to say that kuwait Airways is one of the best underated airlines its always on time there are very less airlines I am happy to been travelling from kuwait to India in kuwait Airways ❤️

Arab gulf airlines along with some Asian airlines are the best hands down. No other airline anywhere in the world can compete. Like seriously, they’re beyond expectations.

My partner is cabin crew with Kuwait Airways and I know she'll be proud to hear you enjoyed the service as they work very hard! Since being in the Middle-east my first choice has always been Kuwait Airways, as far as economy offerings go, they really stand out even when compared to better known airlines in the region, and indeed across the world. Its such a shame that some people are put off by the "dry airline" tag, as they are missing a great quality experience for that sake of a couple of drinks.

Dry airline would not be a deal breaker. How many flights have been ruined by passengers who can't hold their liquor.

this brought back so many great memories of my dad, he worked for Kuwait airways since the 1980s as part of the engineering staff. Glad to know they are still maintaining the high standards of the airline

I flew on Kuwait Airways in 1999 from ORD to AMS on their A340 in economy class. It was my first time flying them and at the time, it one of the best flights I'd been on. Great to see their business class product in 2022 and a peek at economy too. Thank you Josh and, Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag 😉🥳

In 2018 I flew Kuwait Airways from London - Colombo and back via Kuwait City. On the overnight outward journey to Kuwait, I was upgraded to Premier Economy at check-in without asking and it was wonderful! The food was great, I always ask for the spiciest food from the menu and I remember thinking, at the time, that it was better than that of Emirates, which I also enjoyed. I had a good 3-4hr sleep as the seats reclined to almost flat and I was well rested on reaching Kuwait. On the return journey, I paid for the same upgrade and it was 70$ well spent! I heartily recommend flying with Kuwait Airlines.

My attitude regarding a dry airline is much the same as yours; it’s not important to me. The hard product, service/food and safety are what matter most. Having enough space is paramount to me as well. Along with a reasonable price for what you get. Nice review and happy birthday!
