Josie believes that true fitness encompasses not just aesthetics but also longevity, mobility, functional fitness, and optimal performance. These elements are often treated as separate entities in today's fitness space, but Josie combines all aspects throughout her programmes.
Based in Los Angeles, she is an ACE certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, pre/post-natal exercise specialist, and accomplished athlete. With a background as a 4-year Division 1 Collegiate Athlete, Josie's passion for athletics has been a driving force throughout her life.
