It's okay to eat while walking as long as it's not in a crowded area. I'm Japanese, and I've never cared about people eating while walking. I would be happy if you could make good memories in Japan.

I just returned from my very first trip to Japan not long ago, I LOVED IT. I was there for 3 weeks and just did the typical Tokyo - Nagoya - Kyoto - Osaka - Hiroshima - back to Tokyo but it was such a mind-blowing country. I can't wait to return. Looking forward to all your videos :-)

Absolutely! It’s such a cool country! Glad you’re looking forward to the content - between this channel (chill stuff) and the main channel (more produced content) I hope I can bring a lot to you! ☺️

I like that Josie forces herself to speak in the local language of any country she visits. Other travel vloggers take note. Laziness is no longer acceptable and the bar is being raised by people like Josie who take her job seriously.

Can’t drink those energy drinks because I have a bad heart. My cardiologist says those energy drinks are horrendous for anyone though. He said he’s had more patients in their 20s & 30s due to energy drink consumption.

It’s totally horrible Hahha. Do not recommend on a regular basis haha. Sometimes I need them to do function though. Unlike coffee - that I like every day 😂😂😂

19:10 Michael’s pronunciation for Dog in thai is correct! Yours was closer to “come/come here” 😂 Thai is so hard though bc of the tones, thank you for sharing that info. Also Red Bull > monster for me!! lol

As a HongKonger, It is glad to see you guys travel at different places that I always visit to❤ Both Ximen Taipei, Ikebukuro Tokyo are the place that I familiar with. I don’t even need the google map at these districts.😂

Japanese is tonal because you can have 3 different ways to say one thing and it changes the meaning, I'm studying Japanese and in the new vocab she shows the tones of the word.

Thanks for watching! Japanese isn’t tonal, Thai is tonal, Japanese change inflections or pitch accented so the syllable leads the meaning, not the tone ☺️

Umbrellas outside businesses are not free, that's where shoppers put their umbrellas to prevent the bushes from getting wet floors. They belong to someone.
@josievlogsthings

Most hotels will have a bunch of them and you just can grab and go if you’re a guest, as long as you bring it back - you don’t need to ask for it, they’re there to use ☺️
@Its-Kat_
@Its-Kat_ 8 ай бұрын
I haven't seen one yet that had them so you must be in a nicer hotel than the ones I've been in 😂 but just a reminder you put your umbrella in say a konbini outside is a umbrella rack so don't bring them in, malls and other stores may have the umbrella condoms, what I call them at the entrance so you put your umbrella inside the plastic to prevent water getting on the floor.

Have you seen any at the train stations? I was there in 2018 there were buckets of umbrellas to use too and you can return it later.

Its not good to swing the umbrella, as it can hurt people in the back, best to swing it while the pointy end is facing the ground. I also dont like people pressure me with the price, I like to be left alone to decide while shopping, rather than them standing their looking at me waiting for me to make a decision.
