In this video Alexandra teaches you how to make a journal station to hold 4 journals and much more. And not just any journals, Alexandra will also show you how to make those four journals in separate videos.
This station (and the first journal) are made with the printables of our "Butterfly Beauty" Kit.

The measurements of the finished journal station are approx. 12 x 9 1/2 x 7 inch (30.5 x 24 x 18 cm)

TOOLS & MATERIALS USED
✂ medium weight chipboard (1.5mm thick)
✂ kraft cardstock (65lb) - Letter size or A4 (several pieces)
✂ kraft cardstock (65lb) - 12x12 inch (30.5 x 30.5 cm) (2 pieces ?)
✂ designs print on cardstock (about 160gsm/ 60lb cover paper, white and or ivory paper)
✂ liquid glue
✂ strong glue (Alexandra used UHU All Purpose Adhesive) and hot glue (for attaching the front piece to the drawers)
✂ double sided tape
✂ ruler
✂ pencil
✂ scissors
✂ 2 drawer pulls with matching brads
✂ awl / hole poking tool
✂ ink & ink blender
✂ bone folder

WOW!! This is THE best small storage construction video I've ever seen! I've made several of my own from recycled materials & chipboard. I know what a task it can be. I totally agree! I was thinking of maybe a removable tray that sits on the top that could hold some of the stuff you will use to make your journal. After, it could hold something pretty like a ceramic butterfly etc. Anyways, I watched every perfect minute of your video. 💕

Outstanding!! Do you have a print out of the dimensions for ALL the chipboard, large, medium and small hinges, and papers? You only show some at the beginning of the video & then mention other cuts throughout the video. I would like to have everything needed cut out before I assemble. Thanks :)

Normally all measurements are mentioned in the video when needed. Customers who buy the kit get a PDF with all the measurements.

Hi Debbie. My corner tool was bought a few year ago in the store which is no longer open. I'd suggest to search for corner mitering tools on Etsy.

There are only video tutorials, no written directions. When you buy the Standard or DELUXE version (or the offer) you'll also get a list of measurements that also shop up in the video.

What size kit did this use: deluxe, standard or the mini paper kit?

The standard kit :) So you can make this project exactly the same way with the Standard and DELUXE kit, and if you use the MINI kit you can make it as well, but you have less choice.

Deine Kit‘s sind gnadenlos toll und ich habe schon zwei oder drei erworben. Das herunterladen gestaltet sich für mich etwas schwierig, gäbe es nicht die Möglichkeit auch eine Option für den Versand zu machen, so würdest du viel mehr Kunden erreichen.
