Journalist Confronts State Dept on US Complicity in Israel-Gaza Conflict | Dawn News English

Matthew Miller, the US State Department spokesperson, responded to questions about the Gaza conflict and US funding of Israeli military actions.
Miller emphasized US efforts to secure humanitarian assistance agreements and coordinate aid delivery, despite obstacles and logistical challenges.
He acknowledged the dire situation in Gaza, with 96% of the population facing acute food insecurity, but disagreed with allegations that Israel is using starvation as a tactic of war.
Miller cited a US report that found Israel had taken steps to allow humanitarian assistance in, although more work needs to be done.
He also addressed concerns about US military funding, stating that the US has made clear its concerns about increased collaboration between North Korea and Russia, and will continue to work with allies and partners to counter their relationship.

You don’t have to work day and night to end food and medical deprivation, you just have to make one phone call. “ Stop or else”. the fact that this doesn’t occur means that you are complicit in the murder showing no regard for Palestinian life. Words mean nothing without action to give them meaning. Starving children can’t eat excuses and every excuse is spit in their faces. Instead of talking about what you are doing to save lives save them so that other people can do the talking about what you’ve done. The IDF escorting supplies negates the the idea that criminal gangs are looting Humanitarian aid unless you characterize IDF as a criminal gang which according to their behavior is accurate
