It’s a tough song, but i think Separate Ways is a little more of a challenge, due to the chorus. In order to sing the main lyrics, requires more vocal push, then a high note finish... very tough song to do live

So many people say so many things not worth saying. For a true Steve Perry fan, they know he would be honored to hear Arnel killing it the way he has and silenced anyone who said different. He’s not Steve, he can’t be and he knows that but he still shows up, loves it, and gives you all he’s got for every second of the show you paid for. I am grateful for that and i have not seen anyone that can do it better!

Absolutely. I used to live in Hong Kong and actually jammed with Arnel when he was a singer of a house band in a small club. He was a great singer then and I remember being blown away but I doubt he dreamt at that time that he would become who he is now. The coolest thing is that he has remained humble despite the fame and success :-) P.S - I actually have a VHS tape somewhere with me and my band jamming with Arnel on vocals from 1992. Will have to digitise it and upload it on KZfaq ;-)
