I have risen literally just to post this and die once again
Consider this a late Journey anniversary video although I never planned this tbh
I haven't drawn anything in a while, so I just said screw everything and drew this entire video with a mouse in paint lmao
Anyway, I'll probably make a part 2 of this in the near ̶n̶e̶v̶e̶r̶ someday?

if theres anything that ive learned in the current era of animation tech, it's this: when it comes to emotional storytelling, flinging jpegs around the screen like paper dolls > keyframing (ok but also seriously, the squash and stretch is SO fun)

That is so true though. Drawing actual animation is too hard for me, so I had to compromise. Turns out I hit the jackpot with this one, because it somehow made everything even funnier

@@wilsonthevolleyball2671 puppetry just feels like live-animation to me, and tbh I'd say ms paint puppetry /absolutely/ counts xDD (also gosh I think I wanna make something like this now. How'd you overlay two of them moving at once, by the way?)

@@lucarichiisover18 I would absolutely love to see what you come up with lol There may be a better way to do this, but I just kind of recorded me playing with the image in front of a greenscreen in Photoshop, and then just ultrakeyed it in Premiere
