Thanks Jo sis, Very nice and useful tips regarding sunscreen usage even at nights. Im from goa and basically facing issues with tanning especially during summer. Hey pls watch videos in lab muffin channel, if u want to know anything related to sunscreen.. Dermatologists/ cosmetologists r not the experts in sunscreen. Lab muffin is a toxicologist who is obsessed with researching on sunscreen related topics. She will explain the details in an interesting way. Don't trust dermatologists/ cosmetologists when it comes to sunscreen and related products that reacts with everything

Sunscreen acts as a shield to protect skin at night. It's not for reducing tan or anything. Sometimes sunscreen can clog pores and cause issues because of its oil content in the sunscreen (yes, almost every sunscreen has seed oil in it to activate the formula) So don't use sunscreen at night. It's not good for the skin. We can use baby diaper rash creams which has zinc oxide (same thing that's in sunscreen but with no added seed oils) for the anti inflammatory benefits. Pls do ur reasearch before following any celebrity doctors' advice

The zinc oxide in sunscreen is anti-inflammatory in nature so it helps to repair skin but the seed oil in it will be counterproductive. So we can use baby diaper rash creams which has zinc oxide in it instead of sunscreen at night. That is better than sunscreen at night. Sunscreen is good in day time but not that suitable for night routine
