Almost every woman I meet plays hard to get. Its really hard for a woman to be logical and not at all somewhat be emotional. As long as her "playing hard to get" is not THAT hard wherein you re-engage/pursue a couple of times and she's still not budging, then by all means pursue/re-engage her a few times. If she reciprocates back after a few times, then its worth it. Just imagine if every woman you meet didn't play at least some sort of games and just straight up said i love you. That'd be weird asf.

@Joyanima, thanks for your efforts making this video, but most of the advices actually will make things even worse! When a person is playing hard to get and you trying to impress this person with some talents (like playing the guitar) or helping this person or messaging via social networks or helping and so on, you only show how much you value this person and that you have no other options. Some people are playing hard to get in such a way, that you don't have opportunities to talk to them on a daily basis, meaning you don't have a chance to impress them by your sense of humor etc. When you have already showed your interest and this person knows this, acting nice and friendly will only put you into a friendzone or in the annoyers zone. The only way in such situation is just to move on leaving this person with his/her mind games alone. Value your time and your personality. Never fall into this trap of winning someone's attention if they acting like hard to get. You better spend this time improving your self or finding another interesting person.
