I think it's important to not forget that Luxord gave Sora a card that he said "Could turn the tables". I don't think that was ever used in the final boss fight. Someone correct me on that if I'm wrong.

If you put the 2.8 and 3 cover next to each other then you can see that the 13 heroes look straight at the 7 foretellers. That might mean the future.

You forgot something, Xemnas told Demyx, Luxord, Larxene and Marluxia they have some sort of special keyblade destiny. We dont only know about Marluxia (Lauriam) and Ventus being in dandelions, Larxene (Elrena) too. Since Xehanort had possesion of Ven and later (presumably) 4 other dandelions, means that xehanort knows more than he has let off in KH3 about the past. Btw Demyx is totally 'off radar' if anybody noticed. He did not appear in the final battle, and not in the end credits.. hmmm

One thing I didn't see added as an edit: Nomura pulled out the biggest trope in the book with Luxu/Xigbar. The entire keyblade war being started once more was driven entirely by Luxu so that he could create a link to summon the foretellers through. It's also mentioned by maleficent that the opening of Kingdom Hearts and the Keyblade War is what bends time enough to allow the box to reappear once more.

I believe that besides the fact that sora has gone to shibuya, him disappearing off the tree branch symbolizes him leaving his friends hearts as it was with pooh.

If yall recall the scene where Xemnas tells Org member 9-12 that they were chosen because they will fulfill a keyblade legacy they yall should know by now they are connected somehow to the original members of the dandelions.

Like many of us here, I grew up with this series. 5th grade was when the first game came out. Playing Chain of Memories. Freaking out with my friend when we learned that Auron would be in KH2, then playing that and our eyes being opened to this whole new lore and mystery. Then years of learning about the Org, and each of their stories, and this world feeling like it was so vast and full of emotion and character. Then Birth by Sleep expanding the beginning, causing people to get a little lost as they tried to piece together what was happening. Then we all finally get the game we were waiting for KH3. It proved to be an amazing ride, reaching a climatic and cinematic end. And now we get a tease for a whole new universe to begin. Sometimes I think about modern day, and how no gaming company is doing what Square set up many years ago. No kid in 5th grade is freaking out over a brand new IP that will spark a generation of mystery and intrigue for him. At the heart of Kingdom Hearts is what it means to tell a story. What it means for the creators to create many worlds and allow their viewers to experience it--to go on the ride they set up. There's beauty and power in a story, and I think that's really the overarching theme of this series: experiencing as many stories as you can. And to be inspired in our own lives.

I think Demyx may be the Master of Masters' nobody (or maybe a descendant of his). They share the same weird attitude and Xemnas said in KH3 that the last ranked Organization members were recruited for their connections to the keyblade (meaning they all possibly held a keyblade at a certain point in their past). Plus, it makes sense that Nomura would want to shock the KH fans having the most "cowardly" Organization 13 member turn out to be THE Master of Masters.

Sora saved Kairi. The epilogue showed that much .

The order of the pieces is: Ira, Luxu(since goat/Baphomet is his symbol) and Aced(it's a bear, since it's mouth is opened) Gula(not visible at first), MoM(it's the symbol of the Book of Prophecies), Invi, Ava(possibly her, but it may change) In the Secret Reports, Sora's heart is described to have this "boxes" in which he contained the hearts of Roxas, Xion and Ventus. There's also a theme of "boxes containing hearts" or "boxes containing calamity" in KH3 as seen in Olympus with the Pandora Box and PotC with the Davy Jones' heart. I think they were specifically chosen to give you a hint that the Black Box may contain MoM's heart, since he's the only one aside from Ava that's missing and Luxu said he'll come back in one of the Secret Reports.

When Xehanort had the armor on his helmet resembled the evil horn looking chess piece. So maybe he had the armor that the master of masters has or something

A MUST READ GUYS! this has been bugging me the whole day. so in the secret ending sora ended up in shibuya and riku in shinjuku, and we all know that nomura-san was the director of final fantasy versus xiii which is renamed into verum rex inside kh3. now here's the fun part, luxu/xigbar is in the same world, making a heart on the moon and if u look at the kh3's cover art, u can see that the area is very similar to that of the world in the secret ending. ok so there is this darkling gargoyle of some sort included and in khux it is shown that keyblade wielders turn into darklings if consumed by darkness implying that the characters from the past will make a comeback. here's the greatest part of all, we didn't know exactly how many light pieces there are, so my guess is that they are thirteen. how? look at the box art again. how many characters do u see? 13, right? yozora aka noctis is from verum rex which is final fantasy versus xiii, the title versus xiii isn't really clear so if we go back to the chess pieces which are 7 black pieces (the 5 foretellers plus luxu and mom) "versus xiii" white pieces which means they will clash in the verum rex world, and the next entry will be called "KINGDOM HEARTS VERSUS XIII"

The heart chess piece symbol is the same as the book of prophicies

SPOILER WARNING BELOW FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT COMPLETED KH3 Daybreak town in time turned into Scala ad Caelum. You are probably saying “your crazy” but it’s true and I can prove it. In one of the battles with Master Xehonort you are taken underwater. If you have been playing this series long enough you must know papa Nomura and you must also know that there will be something secret down there. If you swim close enough to what seems to be a rock structure you’ll notice that it’s the big clock tower segment of daybreak town turned upside down, check it out if you don’t believe me. Xehonort mentions that Scala ad Caelum was a nexus from which all worlds sprung and that it was a seat for all keyblade wielders, where else do you remember a world having those qualities??? KH X and backcovers daybreak town is the answer. In this video Luxu (present day Xigbar, still blown away by that haha) says that the world (daybreak town) would be destroyed and the ruins underwater goes to show that it did. I love the idea of this, square never fails to impress

I think the master of master's is planning on using Sora and maybe possess him to exploit his ability to connect with hearts and use it to harness the power of Kingdom Hearts. and then all of Xehanort/Luxu's efforts were to push Sora to grow but also try and get an early upper hand. Assuming Luxu did possess Xehanort, the fact that he's in Xigbar's body can mean that Luxu was aware of the plan enough to take advantage of the knowledge of possessing people to perpetuate his life force through individuals Xehanort weakened and implanted himself into

I've been suspicious of Xigbar since I saw Back Cover. I can't really explain it, but something about the way the Master of Masters and Luxu acted and spoke clicked something that said "keep a close eye on Xigbar".

Great video, dude! The Luxu reveal blew my mind and I can't wait for the next saga in this timeless series! I don't get why some people don't like the Organization XIII and other lore; that stuff is honestly my favorite part of Kingdom Hearts! The Disney stuff is a nice bonus and I love how it's all incorporated in.

Honestly I think if there is another installment of the game it should be highly saturated with final fantasy characters and a few Disney ones. Maybe hit the world's we still haven't seen: brave, Moana, Pocahontas, and wreck it ralph.

really like this video tho the things that stuck out to me is that the symbol inbetween all the "icons" is one of the chess pieces so maybe thats luxu, like he's not part of a union but hes connected to all of them. also the goat head is very connected to xehanort and not just through the keyblade, and xigbar does seem to still be half-xehanort, so speculative theory, the "xehanort" we know was possessed into acting the way he did and that thing can take many forms (maybe through posession) and possessed braig through xehanorts possession of him and thats how luxu ended up as braig, this could also explain the whole xehanort being an anagram for "another x" or another key

Just a theory but if it is 7 darkness vs 13 lights if you count all the people on the cover of the KH3 box there’s 13 lights 10 Keyblade wielders and including namine, Donald and goofy.

There is one more special ending call "Yozora". I really don't know what it means cause it shows Sora (who I thought dead) and Riku, separated in a city... and a strange figure appears with with black coat, gray hair, one red eye and blue one. While red eyes in this series are rare, it was the blue-green eye that set my alarm. After seen your video, I think that figure could have been the Master of Master, cause one of his eyes is in the No Name Keyblade.

Xehanort being an anagram of "Another" makes sense now. just another pawn

Loved this game to pieces and it’s probably my favourite in the series now, but I have one gripe... YET AGAIN KAIRI IS UNDER-UTILISED!!!! She trains for the whole game which gets me pumped, she has one fight with Xion and Saix but she gets kidnapped and then taken away. Yes, she helped sora get back by being the light in the darkness but what else!? Please I want her to do something!!!!!

The moment we battled Xigbar I knew he was different. You could just feel that he was not going away and that he played a bigger role. He had charisma and he was intelligent and played "the game". And then when we dont see him fade away in KH3 it all sealed it for me.

Just finished the game my self. All i can say is I'm good with the ending we got. Kiari will be fine, sora will find her no doubt. We rescued everyone that we could. I just wish sora and kiari would have finally kissed. Just give me that square. Those kids have been through enough hell. Anyway cant wait to see that secret movie/epilogue of the epilogue. Maybe we will get a close chapter maybe we won't. One thi gs for sure KH3 is gold.

I can't wait for Sora to come out of that box as a adult.

So you didn't talk about when Xigbar said, "Ava had her own mission and she carried it out." I think this confirms that Ava was the traitor and that is why she is not there. Her mission was to become the traitor. They said that the traitor would misread the truth and step into secrecy. Ava is not here because she stepped into secrecy and started conducting her own plans after learning the truth about the Master of Masters plans. They also said that the traitor would end the world. She probably did something after the Keyblade War that actually ended the world they were in. My theory, she was the only one alive at the end of the Keyblade War and she used the X-Blade to unlock Kingdom Hearts giving birth to the many worlds outside of the one that initially existed (DayBreak Town) [This is what Xehanort tries to do at the end of KH3]. I think she did this to free all of the hearts of the keyblade weilders from the Keyblade War. She basically chose to save the Keyblade wielders, which was a betrayal to the Master of Masters plan for the keyblade wielders to die in the Keyblade War. I think Ava may have realized that the foretellers and Master of Master's were evil and/or to blame for the Keyblade War and whatever evil they have in store for the future (they are now the dark pieces on the chessboard). I'm hoping Ava made a contingency plan to deal with the foretellers in the future, possibly by aiding Sora in his next adventure. And with Luxu/Xigbar looking up to the sky, it's possible that Ava has something significant to do with Kingdom Hearts. What's also really interesting is that when Luxu told Ava his role, Ava said that the Master of Masters chose to save the foretellers rather than the world. And it seemed that Ava was against that decision. Additionally, Master of Masters choosing the foretellers over the world, could be referring to this moment where they all get summoned back to the world by Luxu. Also, Master of Master's is definitely in that box lol. TLDR; Ava is the traitor. But the foretellers are evil, which makes Ava the hero. Ava unlocked Kingdom Hearts creating the new world with many worlds, not just one. And Ava will likely assist Sora in the future.

Not to mention when xeanort says good game you got me, he then said I never lose.

I'm convinced that Sora is the MoM. He knew that the future couldn't be changed and didn't need to try. He knew that Xigbar was the traitor and so gave him Xehanorts keyblade. Watch the cutscenes with the Master of Masters and listen to his tone. He's carefree and reckless, just like sora.
