I was sitting minding my business at the carwash a few months ago, when a slightly older woman came. She was all energy & vibes as I listened to her encouraging her girlfriend to tax & tear (a Jamaican term for the city girl lifestyle) the man she was messing with. Later she called her own man & he apparently was not too happy to hear from her & she desperately & meekly tried to address it, but he was clearly being dismissive. When I tell you the energy left that woman with a quickness. She sat quiet for the rest of my time there. I think maybe she wanted to cry so I refused to even glance at her.
