I spent 30 minutes trying to adjust my treadmill belt evenly only for me to keep making it worse lol. Figured I’d watch a KZfaq video cause I felt like crying and giving up. After watching this video, I kid you not I fixed the belt in 5 minutes. Such a lifesaver, thank you!!

These videos are so helpful and well explained, thank you. Its a shame that the actual companies that sell these overpriced things don't also have such clear videos.

Thank you for this. I tried to adjust the tension of my treadmill's belt and the manual that came with the treadmill did not seem to make sense at all. It said to move one screw clockwise while moving the other counterclockwise. I watched your video and you confirmed my suspicion. Thank you for that!

Excellent video and excellent advice. I did some lubrication on my belt and cleaning for the first time since I have owned it. That has been about 10 years. After my lubrication, the belt was tracking to the right. Nothing I did was helping and only made the problem worse. After watching this, I fixed the belt alignment in about 5 minutes. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video. I spent more than an hour trying to fix my treadmill belt which slipped to one side without success. After watch this video, I was able to adjust the belt in less than 5 minutes. Another added bonus after watching this video, I now know how to lubricate the belt which I have not done since I bought the treadmill a couple years ago.
