The most powerful meditation I’ve ever done 😭🙌 when you did the noises it released a noticeable amount of dmt in my pineal gland, it was like taking a hit of dmt 💓 I was literally in tears, soul crying and releasing so much while feeling so much love!! I’m so grateful for you Juanpa 😭🙏 (happy tears) . I had done ALL the mindset work for 2 years and KNEW I had to do some form of energy work but just hadn’t found the right teacher or teachings that resonated with me & I also didn’t want to go to an energy healer bc I just haven’t been guided to go to one here in Los Angeles CA - so after following Regan for almost 2 years now & then seeing your challenge & doing it I’ve never resonated with someone so much 🙏 .. your teachings are EFFECTIVE and graceful and I’m just so thankful to have finally found something that works for me!!
