You are literally by far the strongest one of them naturally, it's just that they have experience in lifting. It’s Latte! Thank you all for the outpouring of support. I am just slow to respond. I appreciate everyone’s thoughts and kindness to all us women involved. I hope more of you can look into lifting differently than before if you were unsure. Stay safe everyone!💜 PS: I am an EMT, not a fireman. I just started volunteer fire recently but my main experience is in an ambulance. We use firemen on calls, hence the joke. I also want to clear up using “beaten to death” to really mean beaten badly and for a long period of time. Nerves got the best of me to relive it. EMS is how I am paying back the fire/pd officers who intervened and helped me. 💜

Strong women are definitely empowered women. I think prioritizing health and fitness are important. It's not just for women, but for men as well as queer people and people of other minorities. Basically I mean all people. Losing weight or keeping yourself healthy and fit all the time aren't that easy to keep up with. You've got to have self-discipline each step of the way.

@@DarkestDesires93 You don't have to start with 2k calories immediately, you can work your way up day by day, increasing the amount. Not true. Its all about proportions. In comps powerlifters pull conventional all the time. While others use sumo. Some lifters can get into the setup easier because of their proportions. However, some were using a belt, straps and knee sleeves while others didnt. They should have done it raw.
