Her kids are 17 and 21. She probably got divorced recently and married young. She probably doesn't know the red flags for guys like him. I had a kid at 22 and was living with the man that became my ex-husband at 25. I was married to him until I was 36. I thought I would know the signs because I saw my girl-friends go through a lot. My ex-husband wasn't abusive, but he was a horrible husband/boyfriend. I was looking for the signs of him being abusive, but I should have picked up on the fact that he is a borderline sociopath or an actual sociopath (actual conflicting diagnosis). He's a self-centered jacka$$ who thought he could talk me into polygamy because I became disabled. They never start out being jerks to you. They manipulate you into loving them and then they slowly sprinkle in the horrible crap. They continue to manipulate you when you call them out. Hopefully she doesn't continue to deal with him.

Church has a pretty good correlation with criminal behavior. Something like 99% of prisoners in the US are religious in some some. 70% are officially affiliated with a specific church. 67% are Christians. Atheists make up 0.02% of prisoners. This is despite the fact that somewhere between 10-26% of Americans are atheists or "don't believe in god but don't identify as atheists."

What is wrong with these women, allowing men into their life who are on probation for robbery...and she didn't know until now. Sounds like they are communicating well, so much for the truth in a relationship. Women need to start being more selective about the people they allow in their lives, especially if you are going to live with them.

@@DLM476 ....Bro....Are you really that slow? Judge Boyd doesn't have her own KZfaq channel. WTF are you talking about? This channel is called Court Cam TV and it shows Judge Boyd in Texas as well as judges from all over the country. The reason these courtrooms are video taped now is due to changes in the laws of each states. This started during the Covid 19 quarantines where courts started having defendants have most of their court dates on zoom ( if they were not already incarcerated ). So since courts were doing their hearings over video the states determined that the proceedings would be filmed and recorded as part of the record. All you have to do in order to get the footage ( to put it on a KZfaq video ) is send in a FOIA ( Freedom of Information Act request ) and you will get a copy. That's why you see all these court Cam KZfaq channels popping up left and right. The judges themselves are not running the channel and are not profiting off the videos.... Damn man.... You can't really believe that garbage you said right????

My sister who is a very bad person got addicted and still is in her seventies. She also went through alcoholism and many other drugs, never meth or heroin. It is addictive, destroys life and health. It is not the same as wine, which can be sipped and never change your brain. When people smoke, they get very high immediately.

The minimum was 30 months ( 2 and a half years ). The judge said straight up that she was not going to sentence him to the 8 years maximum but that she also wasn't going to sentence him to the minimum. I think the attorney did great by shooting for the lower part of half way ( 3 years ) to a 4 year halfway sentence .At least she didn't think " well, she said there is no way she is doing the minimum so let me ask for 6 years ( better then 8 ) so that she doesn't get angry. She's a great attorney who got stuck with a crappy client who already had 2 previous revocations that he could have been sent to prison for 8 years for. He got passes on the first 2 revocation hearings but this was a classic example of 3 strikes and you're out.

I feel so frustrated listening to women acting like these criminals mothers. She doesn't have complete control over him 24/7. He can and will do what he wants when mama isn't looking.

It’s sad that this church nonsense would work on most judges. Like they aren’t packed to the brim with pedos and con artists.
