CASE 1 - I hope this young lady wakes up before anything serious happens to her or her child. The judge is correct and outsider looking in can assess a situation better than the one in the mix.

This girl reminds me a lot of me when I was younger. I grew up in the system and when I was her age I was in an extremely abusive relationship. I burned bridges and turned my back on the people who were there. The only reason why things changed is because my abuser almost killed me and the only people who came to the hospital were those I had turned my back on. Don’t let it get to that point hun. This is a wake up call. Don’t burn the only bridge that will save you. If it wasn’t for those people I wouldn’t be as successful as I am today. I hope she turns things around

That girls foster dad is awesome. If she isn’t allowed to talk to him because her husband decided that it’s because she’s being abused either mentally or physically. I hope she realizes she is strong enough to leave and she has an amazing support system standing a few feet away.

She is obviously an abused woman; only an abused woman would go back to a man like that. Pretty girl with very low self-esteem. When you a foster kid at a very young age; your view of real love becomes warped because many foster parents are only in it for the money. By the time this foster parent got her; she was damaged already. Only Jesus can save her at this point. What's impossible with man is always possible with a God.

PS4&Beer, exactly. She did not even have a real relationship with her own mother, there's no telling what she went through as a child. Abused or neglected kids don't learn to connect emotionally like other kids. Commenters calling her names & being unkind have no idea what her life has been. And you are absolutely right, Jesus is our great healer and comforter. I wish more people would turn to Him and know the joy of His love.

The second case this girl is crazy. She expecting her friend to finance and put a roof over her and loser man's head. She doesn't think anything is wrong with that. I don't blame her, I would have moved out too. The loser she was messing with allowed her and the kids to get evicted. They were depending on the friend to keep a roof over their heads.

Pat P Point of difference: that was no man. The woman was harboring an immature git of a sperm donor. A man, an adult doesn’t let himself be kept. The plaintiff is clueless about proper adult relationships. I honestly don’t know what is worse, that she wrote that sperm donor onto the lease, or that he actually allowed the mother of his four children to get evicted.

Genghis Khan I hope he doesn’t come across your comment because you called him a creep. She is his own because she was his stepdaughter then when her mom and him weren’t together anymore, he still chose to foster her since the age of 17. So to question his motives is wrong. The only explanation you could come up with as to why you no longer thought he was a creep was because you “thought about it a lot” which doesn’t make much sense

It's so sad that in the first case the foster daughter treated her foster parent so badly. She talks so great about him being in her life and helping her so the fact she borrowed money and wouldn't pay him back is a shame. Those that can't be thankful and appreciate people that care and offer to help like he did for her , don't deserve that person in their life. You know you owe that money and at least make a good faith effort to repay that money. Even if it's 5-10$a week. You know you owe him money and he obviously lives off of retirement and can't afford to lose any money himself. She should be ashamed

The woman with the foster father, is definitely being controlled by her husband. He doesn't think she should pay him back, nor see him, so she is following what he is saying, likely out of fear. It is sad because I think that man would give up all the money to have his daughter back in his life.

The worst thing you can do as a parent, is abandon your child for the choices they make. Because most of the time (if not all), you are doing exactly what the abuser wants. Which is total control over their victim, through isolation (and the abuse). Don’t be used, and manipulated, but be there for them. Sometimes the hard lessons have to be lived, and experienced. Love them through it.

"This ruined our friendship. Over rent." The defendant said at the end (in the second case). Well, you know something? Money ruins ALL relationships. Money makes the world go round, so money is the one big issue on the planet. So, watch how you do with money. And, the plaintiff in the second case said she learned to help a friend the right way. I could see, on her face, during the ruling, that she learned that. And, it's true. When you help someone, help them the right way. And, with the first case, never run out on family. Particularly a parent. That's your family. That's your parent. The defendant in the first case looks good, and the plaintiff in the second case looks so so. The judge looks AMAZING!!!!!

it is so disgusting to me that the girl in the second case hold her friends to a higher standard than the man she's sleeping with. It's disgustingwhat women will let their man get away with just so they can have a boyfriend but yet hold everyone else around them to higher. Higher standards that they hold themselves accountable for. Everything the judge said to her went through one ear and out the other she still thinks she did nothing wrong after the ruling.

Case 2: oh NAH, the defendant is too damn generous for her own good, I wouldn’t have even been there paying up to 25% of the rent, not to speak of utility bill. 😱 A dummy tbh.

The Foster daughter said she had tried to contact the dad throughout the year, leaving messages with his care giver. Could the care giver not been passing on the messages? If so then both would think they had been cut off.

2nd case, Red flag was your friend could not be put on the lease due to not being credit worthy. Pay attention to folks who have bad credit and wanting financial help. You expect them to pay you back? If they dodge the tons of robots/humans calling them looking for payments, they'd do the same to you. Like Judge Faith always says, "all of a sudden someone's phone gets cut off and they were looking for you TRYING to pay you back". lol

I'd guess the husband is the one who decided, "You ain't paying that old man back!" and the one who told her, for the last year, that she couldn't contact her dad... " or else! So sad. And I bet when she goes back to hubby now, he make her cut off contact again! I hope she wakes up and starts respecting herself someday. And kicks hubby to the curb.

(BFF Betrayal) She was NOT "helping a friend". She was helping herself!......and helping her "baby daddy" be a deadbeat. Taking complete advantage of her friendship and her care/feelings for those kids. Having her friend pay 1/2??! Even IF it would've been just her, her 4 kids and her friend/the defendant. The rent MAYBE could've been split 1/2, but the MAJORITY of the Utilities needed to be paid by the one(s) w/the 4 kids. But Especially since she moved in baby daddy, who cares if he was giving her money towards the rent or not (which he should've been paying at the very least 1/2 of he, his 4 kids & his baby momma rent & utilities (& baby momma paying other 1/2)! There is no way in you know what that the defendant should've been paying 1/2 of anything!! 2/3 of the rent should've been paid by Plaintiff (& baby daddy)....and 6/7ths of the utilities!!
