This landlord seems super sweet. He's very well prepared for court, very professional, very calm. I get where the Judge is coming from about his list, but personally, if I'm moving out...I'm going to go out of my way to make sure that the landlord has as little to do in terms of replacement costs & cleanup as possible - like replacing dead bulbs and making sure the windows are clean...maybe that's just me though The guy he's suing is so high strung, spastic & rude...

I believe the male Defendant may have a social disorder and possibly on the spectrum. It could explain his need to defend himself with every question. Even those not directed to him. I believe Judge Faith probably had a understanding or a feeling that this man may think differently or will behave differently so that's why she was so patient. But you can only be so compassionate until you feel like you are being overpowered. That's why she started to lay down the law on him. His wife may also be on the same page as him which would explain why she didn't want to speak up until she thought she needed to. She was also reading into the situation and that's why she was trying to pull her husband back behind the podium. With all this being said, I still think the male Defendant is a controlling ass and I feel sorry for his wife and their son. I can tell that he has anger issues and doesn't like to be told to be quiet...
