My wife and I have the same password. She uses my phone and i use hers sometimes. I never snooped in her messages.. there is no need. I trust her.

I've been married 27 years also. I do not believe that there should be a part or my life that my husband does not have access to. Keeping trust in the marriage includes opening your smartphone, social media accounts, and email accounts. If we can't look at what each other have been doing then that means we have been or are doing something inappropriate. There is no sense in this privacy crap. If you need that type of privacy then you need to go pay rent somewhere else. I don't look because I don't need to.

Somethings other than cheating ppl may want privacy over. Would if he is looking up prenups, or other searches. She may see that and assume things. COUPLES if you find something give the other a chance to explain before going off.

I honestly can't blame folks who come from particular backgrounds for being suspicious of everything. It's certainly something to work through and try to overcome. But I understand why it is. In certain, as the good judge refers to as "disassembled communities," people grow up and live almost their entire lives having never known of any real functional, mutually respectful, fidelity based, rewarding relationships, let alone marriages. Think about it: if all you've ever known are cheating situations, outside babies being made even by your own parents, aunts, uncles, etc., its easy to make that leap to thinking it'll happen to you, even in the absence of any factual evidence of it. Its a part of your reality. Like I said if its unwarranted you have to try and work through that and change. But I do see why it happens.

im newly married and my husband has started to remind me that he may want to leave me because i cant have anymore children. My last pregnancy ended with my doctor telling me that my next child may kill me and we discussed this before marriage yet he still married me. How do i handle this?
