This is understandable if you just found out that the so called "Love of your life" was being the complete opposite of what you thought was a good person. correct ruling. the employer signed a contract where he agreed to pay her for 30days if terminated. Its as plain as black and white. the law is the law. what she deserves and what a legally binding contract are two different things. the girlfriend should sue her bf for lost wages due to his actions. thats a different case.
