The plaintiff brings her boyfriend’s cousin to court. She claims the defendant used to be a drug dealer and womanizer. The plaintiff let the defendant and his wife use her car, but then they crashed it. She’s suing the defendant and his wife for car repairs. The defendant argues he never approved of his cousin’s relationship in the first place. The defendants think the plaintiff is suing for more than they owe.

It is NOT enough said. These cases are specifically in court because of negative circumstances. People who help others and loan others money without mishap do not appear on TV court or in other court settings. So, the "evidence" you're using to back you up ONLY proves that many people who have bad experiences when loaning money or helping people go to court for remedy. That's it, that's all. In other words, your argument is full of holes (AKA false premises, illogical fallacies), And not being facetious or mean-spirited, most of what you present on KZfaq can be categorized as such.

Especially considering how many cases come to court seems pretty low IMO compared to the general population 🤔

Especially if she got that young man fighting her baby daddy. They owe her that money, but something isn't right about her. She accused that man of selling drugs and then couldn't even say if she saw him or heard or he got arrested.

They are so ungrateful, I have had 3 children. Not only drove until I was 9 months pregnant but worked also until I was 9 months pregnant.?she just couldn’t drive 😮 praying for them and all of you.❤ I stand corrected my first pregnancy, my husband wanted me to be a stay at home mom. I also wanted to be a stay at home mom. But things got finically challenging and I had to go work . Folks plan well before having children. Mothers need to be at home with their children. But make sure you have a skill, because things could in a second. Be faithful to God ❤and your family and ❤community

Don’t no body care about your non driving pregnancy self. You knew you could drive and that you were pregnant and “Unstable or over filled with Emotions” before you got behind the wheel of her car. E audacity of some people. I hope the Plaintiff never helps them again even if it came down to their child. Let them suffer. Bring up this case every time they ask for anything.
