The plaintiff met the defendant at a party, and she says they started dating. However, the plaintiff is suing the defendant because she claims she purchased a car from the defendant, but it broke down four days later. The defendant insists he never dated the plaintiff, and he’s only seen her three times in his entire life. The defendant believes he doesn’t owe the plaintiff anything because he told her he’d help repair the vehicle if it broke down.

He gave her the car too begin with she was without a car before she met him and all she did was buy a battery and pay for minor work on a free car. She was doing all that rushing because he got the sex and wasn’t into her like she wanted him to be. How was she going to get to this new job if she hadn’t met him or he didn’t offer to give her the car even offered to give her half of the money back she had been spending on fixing the car if he couldn’t get it running right for her. I would’ve gave her the money back and took my car back and told her to kick rocks. I promise if he had been still dicking her down and coming over when she called him that car could still be in her yard not running and they wouldn’t be in court. No values or self respect

I must admit I have done this in a different situation before, being scorn and ran away a friend , this was a look back of realization that healing is still needed and can’t rush the process, so now everytime I see myself doing this I catch it for the most part, it’s sad us women don’t realize sooner and end up losing out, on good men , no fault of others besides the real one that drags us through the mud and we still haven’t found away of forgiveness towards ourselves for allowing it… 😢 sad but yet learning

He told her about the situation with the mechanic. That's not in his control. She was impatient and i believe she wanted more of a connection with him. She saw he wasn't interested in anything more serious on a romantic level and coupled with her car needing repairing caused her to become emotionally out of control. I hope she learned her lesson on being more patient, restraining herself better when things don't go her way and finding men who are single who are on the same page that she's on.

Clearly she was angry cuz she was always stranded due to the car…she can’t do nothing with his empty “ima fix it” responses…. So absolutely she was mad mad. Judge just team men and didn’t like her.

That wasn't really a team-men judgment. She doesn't realize the error of her ways. This was a mild ramification. Threatening bodily harm is against the law. Being mad doesn't excuse illegal behavior. You can go to jail.

She trusted this stranger and was giving him money. She was doing to much to keep this man and get a reliable vehicle. She wasn't thinking with her mind at all business first.

His name ... nope. I can't and don't accept someone carried a child 9+ months, went through the pain of labor and with a straight face said " let's call him Rapier"... that's almost as bad as the woman who called her daughter " Clidia".
