The plaintiff claims the defendant threatened to shoot her when she asked him about it, so she’s suing for her money back, the value of a dog, and emotional distress. The defendant argues he bought the car, but then the plaintiff called the cops on him. He’s countersuing for house locks, a car ignition, and damaged car windows.

Once the Plaintiff said the Defendant was a hot head and " Intimidating", I knew it was over for the Defendant, no matter how he presented his case, the Judge was going to rule against him. Judge seems to have a lot of personal issues that he brings into these rulings.
