I was very disgusted when he said there was a reason why she was over 50 and never got married. He stayed with her and wasted 6yrs of her life and money. Maybe if he had left her earlier, she would have met someone else. Also, I hate when ppl comment about women's luck in this life.

The plaintiff had to really be in love with the defendant to allow him into her home with not only himself but his 4 children as well. But he's been completely honest here which I admire and go figure, folks like Mathis and others have a problem with it. The defendant wasn't going to win this case no matter what he said.

I'm glad she won her case but Judge Mathis is too cranky sometimes. He asked he if the guy ever bought anything for the household and she said no. Then he says she's lying about whether he contributed. He didn't ask her if he contributed to the household expenses. That's 2 different questions. It would make sense that he didn't buy anything, because he moved in with her. She already had all of her stuff that's why I found it weird that Judge Mathis asked her did the guy buy anything. Then when she started talking about the joint account for the furniture I knew she meant that the account was joint but she the only one paid. Judge Mathis started going off and she almost didn't get to explain that

@@Elohist3790 The man stayed in the relationship for 6 years. i’m sure the complaints go further than just her back . he decided he was done. nobody can take that from him. he told her he was done . then he moved on . he doesn’t owe her to be with her forever . most people don’t even let you know they’re finished until they’ve played you out for a good while. of the rolls were revert, every woman on here would be supporting it. things got bad - he started sleeping in the couch . that lasted a year and a half. he was done. that’s all. no scrub, no none of that just finished .
