The plaintiff loaned the defendant money to help his girlfriend buy a car. He says he wrote on the check that it was a loan and not a gift, but the defendant won’t pay him back, so he’s suing. The defendant argues the money was a gift.

He had a heart because he was taken care of in his time of need by her mother and he did put the payback reminder on memo line. He has a conscious and they don't. I am sure that if they had come up with a $100 month continuously he would have accepted that as he was trying to help young people out like he said. However, they didn't even make an attempt.

The plaintiff is what's wrong with this country. He's one of the reasons an entire generation is entitled and ungrateful. People have no morals. If I thought money was a gift and the person who gave it to me asked for it back, I would just find a way to pay it back. They must need it, and they gave me money when I did. I’d pay $5, $20 whatever I could and constantly be assuring the person I’d pay them back as soon as I could. I don’t know, I just don’t know why people would even accept thousands from a stranger at all. Even as a loan.

Let’s be CLEAR. The plaintiff didn’t ‘have’ to take out a loan, don’t loan money you don’t have. The defendants are saying they don’t accept charity but gladly cashed the check and I believe they read the check, they didn’t want to admit it in court. Kids raising kids and trying to scam in hopes that they wouldn’t get sued.

The plaintiff needs to learn how to be impeccable with his word. He told the judge that he felt out the daughter and that his family beats him up. He has some kind of delusional glitch, where his definition of things is his reality. So he thinks it's ok to take out a loan on his mortgage to help others.

If you are dumb enough to lend people money, at least get a proof of the loan in several forms of writing. Write a promissory note and have them read it on video and sign it. Also, get a text and email and have them respond. Never pay with cash and use a check with a memo on it that it is a loan not a gift.

I am sure the mom (his friend) was playing off the emotions he had for her and told the kids he won't ask for it back because of me and they plotted the entire scheme!! GLAD he got his money back
