The plaintiff and defendant dated for several months, but the plaintiff claims her ex-boyfriend was addicted to going to strip clubs. She says the defendant blamed her when his house got robbed and kicked her out. She thinks the defendant knowingly put peanuts in her food even though she’s highly allergic. The plaintiff is suing for medical bills, lost wages, and emotional distress. The defendant argues he never put peanuts in her food.

🚨They both are liars. He probably blacked her eye after she stole and messed up some of his things b/c she found him cheating yet again. She couldn’t tell the world he hit her, so she made up the allergy part because things do swell with allergic reactions. It wouldn’t just be one eye though. It would be both, and throat, and sometimes tummy with explosive diarrhea. She may be allergic to peanuts, but that ain’t this. Then how they were talking when judge stepped out shows that she did mess up his stuff and he said hit yourself in the face again, which would be pointless to mention, unless you know that’s how it got blacked and u did it.
