As I understand it guardianship isn’t giving your child away. I understood it to be if something happened to the parent the child(den) would go to the adult(s) that have guardianship. My niece has a guardianship on her daughter with her daughters grandmother and the grandmother doesn’t have custody of her daughter and her daughter doesn’t live with the grandmother. In fact the grandmother lives in another state. So unless each state is different JM is wrong.

He has a felony but judge Mathis barely gave her chance… some of these cases hit home. Because it doesn’t always make sense but some things can’t be explained

After the case, the defendant & witness said about a protective order. What protective order? There is no protective order, he wasn't never served with one, he didn't violate it, impossible, the plaintiff can go back to court to confirm this, if they there is no protective order, then what the defendant said was false, she will be arrested for making false statements, can the witness be arrested too? If only the plaintiff is on the order & not his witness, then the witness cannot be arrested

Judge got angry at her for interrupting when the guy was telling him his relationship with her plus e fact that she signed away her kids to her parents and that’s why he started being mean to her…later when the guy was giving the run around about how he is e type of person who…he cut him right off…but judge was too embarrassed for treating her badly initially and wanted to down play it😢😢😢

Oklahoma is smart with that law. How many cases on this show alone would be so different. You are cohabitating, have kids and share bills. You all are married, figure it out on your own time and dime😅
