you can, not by just eating good, drinking lots of water. Stress and negative, plays a large toll on people's body, especially this day and age I know it can be hard, but it's not impossible. yoga and meditation help both the body and mind. And good family Genes help too lol My Mom is going to be 70 next month and doesn't even look it. My dad is in his mid 60's looks good, I just turned 34 in April, people think i am in my early 20's when I tell them. lol my siblings are older than me and don't look they're ages either. But it is really how we take care of ourselves at the end of the day. Less stress, less mess.
