I believe you missed the point. I believe the defendant felt disrespected by the plaintiff. It is so clear that she knew that that was that girl's man. And she decided to deal with him with this knowledge. That's where the problem lies. Sometimes people have to think things through before they make a decision. She had to know that there would be some type of problem between her baby's father and his sister when she decided to start messing with her baby's father sister's boyfriend. That also, if it already hasn't, could cause problems between her and her babies father. The plane of knew what she was doing. She brought all of these problems on herself.

That comes from being born and raised in Oakland, where many people were from everywhere. Also, from living in many areas of the U.S. during my adult life. I laughed when you said, "sound proper like people from L.A". People in California like to "think" that we don't have accents and sound proper. (Some do, some don't). 🤣

And for what it’s worth, there’s really no such thing as “proper”, it’s just the closest way people describe pronouncing “r’s” at the end of words. Both Ice Cube and Wiz Khalifa do it and I could guess they are from Cali, yet I would not say they sound anything alike when speaking.
