· 1½ pounds chicken tenderloins
· 2 cups buttermilk
· 2½ teaspoons paprika, divided
· 2½ teaspoons kosher salt, divided
· ½ teaspoon dried dill
· 1 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1 teaspoon onion powder
· 1½ teaspoons ground black pepper, divided
· ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
· 2 teaspoons dried parsley
· ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
· 2 large eggs, beaten
· 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
· Oil spray
