Ingredients:
- salmon (0.5 kg)
- asparagus (about 10 pieces)
- lemon (1 piece)
- butter (30 g)
- garlic (2-3 cloves)
- dill (3-4 tablespoons)
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Set the oven to 220 ° C. Take the butter out of the fridge.
Cut the salmon fillets into smaller pieces, cut off the skin, wash and dry thoroughly. Then season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon (the lemon should be scalded with boiling water).
