Love your videos I've been cooking in the woods for over 30 yrs as I've just retired from the British army last yr i did 32yrs ive just bought 10 acres of woodland in the lake district all private No rights of way so I'm going to be cooking a lot of your dishes as they always look so good,and I like my steak medium rare,I cooked steak and liver sandwiches in the woods yesterday for my dad and son my son took the liver off but me and dad loved it I think offal is a generational thing we need to eat more as it tastes great and is full of vitamins
