I've been freezing avocados for about 2 years now. I love frozen avocado in smoothies. I keep mine in halves and dip them in water with lemon juice or vinegar, freeze them on a tray and then just pop them in a bag. My frozen avocados are never brown! Thanks for sharing Jason!!!!

Ok just stick the whole avocado skin and all on the freezer! Easy peasy! You can out it in a bag if you want to help keep air out, but I have done it both ways. Stays green and consistency is a little more mushy than fresh, otherwise great. The thing is not to wait until they are getting over ripe. Buy a heap and when ready to eat but still firm freeze the surplus

I froze the whole Avocado, as I went on holiday and didn't want to waste it (7 in the freezer as we speak ) it defrosts within an hour, but your way would make cleaning up each time easier, will definitely try this way ...Thanks

Yea, I don’t see the problem with freezing the whole avocado. Especially when it’ll last longer. About a year.

On a more serious note. Where is the ginger shot video?? I can't find it anywhere. That video alone has cured asthma twice. A friend who is 40 and has been a sufferer all his life was inhaler free in 1 week and a little 6 year old girl was inhaler free in 3 weeks. Very valuable video. I've shared it many many times. Can you provide a link to it or reupload it. It would be much appreciated. Infinite love.

+Samantha Nieto They are only suitable for using as part of a blend when they've been frozen as once thawed they aren't a very nice texture and don't taste that great! Amanda@JuicyHQ

I really need your help. I'm an electric wheelchair user and have been on your 28 day plan, end of week 1 and I have put on 2lbs, what can I do?

+The Real Mythril We recommend not weighing yourself whilst completing any plan, as weight can fluctuate for a number of reasons. It's important at the stage of the 28-Day plan you rely more on how you are feeling rather than numbers on the scales. Although we are not able to make any guarentees about results from completing any plan, if you follow the plan to the letter you will begin to see the results you are hoping for as you progress onwards. Lemon juice doesn't make any difference, just the action of freezing, as long as the bag closed. juicy regards Juicy HQ
