been like 2.5 years since fushigoro was in the anime. A lot of reactors are anime only and watched it when it was airing for max popularity. I kinda wanna see someone watch the show in chronological order after hidden inventory is complete.

Shoko is just fine in the "current" era of JJK. She's the doctor for the school who covered up Yuji's revival and was seen in the movie healing the sorcerers who got injured in the movie. She is a pure healer, with no fighting ability and so she rarely gets sent to a battlefield. Her ability is extremely rare, so losing her would be horrible for the school.

12:38 shoko was around in the 1st season tho (in the movie too) she is that doctor-like woman who can use reverse cursed technique to heal others

Also, the entire season won't be the past arc, episode 1-5 will be past arc and then episode 6-23 will be the normal time in season1 where we will see itadori and sukuna more

this gojo's past arc will only last 5 episodes, after that it will take us back to the present time with the main crew and will cover the remaining 18 episodes as it was confirmed that season 2 will have 23 episodes.

10:27 he does actually, geto says Gojo should use “watashi” or “boku” to refer to himself rather than “ore”. In the present gojo uses “boku”

I'm glad that they made a change to that. Japanese pronouns and the correction of them don't always translate well. So they took a liberty in the eng subtitles while also making it make sense in context.

The main series is actually not set in the present, it's set in 2018! So this flashback arc is actually happening around 2006. Random fun fact to that, Gojo and Taylor Swift were born only 6 days apart!

One thing that is confusing me about this is the translation refers to Tengen-sama as 'he' or 'him' a lot when in actuality, Tengen-sama is a female.
