In today's video we take a tour of the Toy and Train Fair which was held on Sunday 3rd December 2023 at Bath and West showground, near Shepton Mallet in the UK.
Delighted to have my friend Andy join me again as we discuss the fair, the new venue and what we ended up buying.
There were loads of toy dealers with something for everyone!

Hi Jules Great video, unfortunately too for me to travel but saw some superb vintage items and many have been on my wanted lists for a long time including Gerry Anderson and The Saint so would have left with a much lighter wallet! Looking forward to some local fairs over the next couple of months 😊 4:30

Great video Jules, being more of an 80’s collector still loved some cool stuff at this fare, not been but tempted to pop down and of Jan. the nasa mobile home is super cool

The NASA vehicle is called NASA Tracking Vehicle & has its own picture box print showing the Nasa vehicle. Box remains number MB54 & was manufactured after the RV mobile home production was curtailed.

😅3:36 . Wow Maccano . Around for a long, long time . And the mag 👍 . Cool vintage stuff .Yes love the 'Airfix " box art . Alas no artbook....showing all .8:30 Dave in his ' nerd vest ' Another of my fave channel . Can they have a map or ' same like ' showing the lay out of the dealers ( is such a thing feasable ) .Nice haul . ' Supper Car ' LP . Who can forget the coffin bank , with the hand 💀 grabbing the coin . I always knew " you could take it with you " 😂🤣. Cool match box vehicles .

Fantastic video.Ive never managed to get to Shepton.This looks to be an awesome fair. That stall looked incredible a real variation of quality items.What was the name of the seller? Talking of sellers it was great to see Jordan in your vid.Hes a topman always a pleasure to deal with.He always has quality stock. Keep up the good work Jules. Ps love the picks.My fav was the lonestar gun.

Took the family, we always go to Shepton Mallet. Some of those Corgis were silly money. Do they actually want to sell them? That beautiful powder blue Buick Riviera gift set was nearly £400! Some quality ‘60’s stuff there.

I know some of the prices seem steep but look at their age, and if in top condition as well.....a high price can be commanded.

We do see plenty of it selling tbh. Shepton is on again tomorrow and is another sell out with all dealer tables sold. New video on Wednesday 👍

Great video..looks like a great Toy fair. Do the stalls except card payments or is it all cash?

It's a bit of a mixture, the established dealers accept cards but with the smaller private sellers, it's a bit hit or miss. Cash is always king at these shows🙂
