This is the most down-to-earth cooking show I have ever seen. I feel genuinely inspired to make that sandwich. Maybe. The problem is that I would have to buy all that cheese, ham and bread, and I would end up eating that sandwich for about a week.

Yeah, this is the bargain basement croque monsieur. It's normally got bechamel sauce on top. I'm guessing Dave wasn't really setup for high falutin' French cooking :-)
