Just what I needed! Thank you!

Hi Julia hope your well. I have always been slim. But my mother was not. she taught me that I was not acceptable to her and made me the target for her discontent and unhappiness about herself. Jealousy, but a form of critical abuse which lasted a life time until she passed away recently. She left me with a critical attitude about my own beauty and amazing body and achievements as a result of the body I had and how I utilised that wonderful instrument in gods service as a healer. This is an excellent tapping exercise, just what I need right now. Bless you and thankyou for sharing your widsom which has come out of your own personal pain. Love and blessings ❤😊Pauleen xx
