Sunderland legend, he even played for the willow pond pub in millfield on a Sunday morning, that's how much he loves football. Unreal player, remember him and George McCartney down the left side together. The overlap by McCartney then the scoop by Arca for George to run onto. 1 of my favourite players when I was growing up, be listening to this tonight on Nightshift 👍

Brilliant this one of the best, some more foreign players would be good, Sol Bamba, Paul Peschisolido, Sergio Torres, Mauricio Tarrico, Jussi Jääskeläinen, Harry Kewell and Oliver Bernard (who owns Durham City and lives in the north east) would be interesting ones plus get Lee Trundle on.

Yeah Totally agree with the Reserve League coming back. I've said it for years. Every player I've asked, who played for Shields in that game v Morpeth, when you ask, who switched the lights off. No-one knows but everyone have laughed.Very good listen lads.

One of the most hardworking players we had at Boro during that time and even for a while after nobody could fill his boots. If he takes it serious he could very well become a top top manager. You can see he’s a man of the “you work for me and Il work for you, we’re a team” kinda thing. And the way he speaks you can see his man management would be excellent, would love to see him step back up the leagues in management

I followed Middlesbrough matches due to Big Dukes and Schwarzer. We know Dukes is pragmatic but he was a genius on the pitch. First touch, impeccable. Arca was decent player and I enjoyed seeing him get down th flank.
