To solve the calves laying on the concreate put about 3-4 calves in a cubical each. Make sure the cubicals are next to each other.Then tie a gate behind them for a night so they have to sleep/lay on the cubicals. Works for us most times

I totally agree with you, no need for sticks loading or moving stock, personally I always found the cattle a lot calmer and easier to move without, and I've done it both ways. It annoys me seeing people rellying on water pipe and prods and actually making life harder with spooked cattle.

One of the things I really like about the vids are that it’s REAL!! no big shiny stuff and fake stuff...most farmers are the same...
