@@abhaypatel4292 well i dont think merger will reduce jobs in any situation cause if you look into the number of vacancies, it has increased this year. And large number ofvbanks are hard to control. Merger would strengthen the unions in banking which is good for employees

A refreshing and candid discussion with two gentlemen who have a good grasp of their respective fields. More common, yet professional individuals should be brought on the show to talk about issues which are faced by everyday Pakistanis. Main stream media is sold already and they don’t have independent voices. Everyone has an agenda or supports a narrative. Thanks to Junaid, we can see guys who don’t seem to have any agenda and are not on a payroll of a political party etc. Both men spoke from their heart and had Pakistans best interest at the forefront. There are good men still in this beautiful country, they just need to step up and take a more prominent role rather than letting corrupt politicians and bureaucrats to continue their merry ways of looting and plundering the resources of Pakistan. Well done Junaid. Thank you Hassan and Eraj.

Junaid bhai it was refreshing to see startups being discussed. I would request you to create more conversations about tech startups. In a country like Pak, technology can solve a lot of problems at scale. There are many people quietly building solutions for millions. We need creators like you to create this awareness among the youth. We have millions of Elon Musks and Sundar Pichais in Pakistan, all they need is inspiration through platforms like yours.

In India if you want to get an educational loan Upto 4 Lakh they give it without guarantee. 4-8 lakh you'll need a guaranter who would take guarantee if you don't pay they will. Above 8 lakh you need to have some collateral. Foreign education loan is also very encouraged that's why alot of middle people are looking for foreign education. I pass out in 2017 and 30-40% of my batch mates are in different countries around the world.

If possible make a channel of it and let the professionals run it. Our country really needs this type of initiative. this would be a huge contribution to whole economy. I personally believe equity market is one of the unique resource where women, unemployed people, adults, children , retired persons can understand the significance of savings and the miracles of compounding through good value investments, it also adds to the longterm horizons on life and investments, And break the old myths about stock market.

Along with the budget just imagine the amount of incentives and subsidies they must be getting from these businesses. They own their nation. And they will never do peace with us because if they will then there will be no relevance of them.

It is not enough to have a huge population, they should have purchasing power. Purchasing power comes from economic growth. India has a huge middle class which increased exponentially after economic reforms in the 1990s. Now the Indian economy is ready for a takeoff to the next level. If Pakistan does not get its act together it will end up like the USA and Mexico relations with India. If you make peace with India and ride on its coat tails the relation can be like the USA and Canada. The ball is in Pakistan's court. No offence meant.

Really interesting ki Bank Account khulwane ke liye Pakistan mein itni problem aati hai. In India you can literally take your Aadhaar card and ₹1000/- and open your bank account. You get a savings account and can apply for a cheque book for a nominal price. You also get a free debit card over post in a few days. Aur to aur the people who live below the poverty line need not even deposit anything and get a new Bank Account for ₹0. This is what enables a common small business owner as well as street vendors and hawkers ro receive payments directly in their bank accounts using the UPI. Safe, fast and simple. This has drastically formalized the unorganized sector and digitized the economy. And because the financial institutions have the access to this data readily available, those vendors hawkers and small business owners have far more options and opportunities to get business and personal loans from banks.

I just want to add that many parts of old trucks are made in Pakistan. There are small Lathe and CNC machine units spread around Sialkot, Gujranwala belt. Also even small machineries and motors are built in Pakistan. Somebody must cover the region of Gujrat-Sialkot-Gujranwala belt. They are a hidden gem and most residents of Karachi are unaware that what is going on there.

That's because most Indian bright minds go US, Canada ,Germany , Australia etc And we have our own banking sector which is robust nd creates quality employment here in India itself so they don't go in gulf, in gulf most Indians you see are either businessman, civil engineers, computer engineers or blue collar jobs. Simply compare them in USA, UK, Australia, Canada you will get your answer.

@@manansheth3084 Well even if u consider PIOs as indian citizens, which they r not, still indian population working in Gulf, Kuwait and third world countries is around 11 to 12 million out of total 32 million (that includes PIOs) and its a large number to assess the capability of any nation or its ppl. Believe me ur understanding is wrong that 12million of those indians r either businessmen, IT professionals or Civil Engineers. It even sounds strange. The fact is that they r mostly working on low-profile jobs and even destroying the job market, the masters will agree to work on salaries that equate to the salary of a blue-colored job. Further, its never about skills, its about getting into a certain market and Indians mostly get in through lobbying, 90% of jobs they acquire r thru their friends or relatives. Doesn't matter if its a SME or Corporate organization, they will find a helping hand wherever they go. Its all about numbers and u hav a very large population which goes to ur advantage. U do have good professionals in Austrailia, Canada and especially USA but again its an advantage of numbers.
