I'm one of the few people who has been to India with a Pakistani passport and my experience was absolutely incredible. When people found out we were Pakistani, they were very happy to help. I genuinely enjoyed my trip and one thing which was even clearer was that they took excellent care of their historical and tourist sites, much better than in Pakistan. I visited places like Gurgaon, Agra, Rajesthan, and much more. I wish I could visit again to see more of our history.

@@AS-jo8qh It was almost 5 years ago so I don't remember much. Only a few places like that famous flower type temple in Gurgaon, the classic Rajasthani experience at night etc. The best memories I had are in Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. As far as I can remember, not a single bad experience. Everyone was really really nice. I came to realize that most propaganda is just the media and politicians who spread hate. The actual people are sooo welcoming. Additionally, if your friends have Pakistani passport, it will be very difficult to get visa. The only way me & my family went is by getting approval from the New Delhi police commissioner at the time. Had some contacts.

Yes as a Pakistani I think that was the best opportunity to open borders and ensure peace on both sides... It was a wonderful gesture from Vajpayee and I honestly think that the ridiculous issue of Kashmir would also have been completely resolved during that lahore trip... It seems that Abrar's trip to India and videos have done larger than life work of removing some hatred from the minds of Pakistanis towards Hindus. It has opened eyes of Pakistanis to reality that people irrespective of faith are equal. Thank you, Abrar. He's such a humble person.

Your comment degrade Pakistanis as living in a fantasy land. India haters are present on Pakistani side but Pakistan haters are also present in India. No Pakistani inherently hates Hindus. That is just shown on media and that too when something happens to the Hindus or their temples. Pakistanis are not full of hatred and neither do they want warfare. Only those who do are out of touch with reality.

It has become quite difficult to get Visa since the Mumbai incident with Pakistani origin even on my US passport. I connect with them more than I connect with many Indians probably because I'm from Delhi and I have more in common with them than say , south Indians. People from Karachi are very similar. Almost every Pakistani I've met was very polite and decent. They are very decent and hospitable people. And are probably a little less rude and abusive than Indians ( from Delhi). We are Proud Sikhs from INDIA and We All Minotirites in India love our Nation. The SAD thing about this interview is that you did not ask questions that how are muslims treated in India. When Abrar spoke about Taj Mahal Being closed for Namaz, You mentioned that oo ya at the same time they do Maintenance. Bhai speaks about how great that is that the Indian Govt/Hindu Govt gives freedom to all Minorities to practice their religion. Taj Mahal is closed for the convenience of Muslims, so they are not disturbed while doing Namaz. Maintenance is always done whether it is closed or open. One thing is for sure, the Pakistani mindset is very rigid, and will take another 100 years for it to change. We Indians were excited when you came to India and We would love to travel to your country as well.

9:57 when Abrar said, “south ke log dheeme se hai” as a South Indian I can testify he’s 100% correct. If you saw his journey from south to north, you’ll clearly see the difference between the two. South Indians are quiet, and like to keep to themselves. They’re not very expressive of their emotions. although they watch your content & love you, they’ll not make an effort to come & meet you, as North Indians did. They weigh things over before making decisions. They’re extremely polite, soft spoken and humble though, when they meet you. South has lesser population and are cleaner compared to north. As he travelled up towards north, people were loud and more enthusiastic, extremely friendly and expressive.

hmmm there are different types of people in the North but I think we all agree that Punjabis are a people apart :-) I'm an Indian from the north but I'm not a Punjabi & we consider even the people from the south very often as flashy....we're amazed that so many Indians from the south have so much flash & jewellery, (all that glitters is gold, lots of it) etc. during wedding ceremonies, just like the Punjabis.
@SimV239

@@nnbg8000 It’s more to do with investment than flashy or showing off. South Indians live a subdued lifestyle, working hard & saving for the future and avoiding unnecessary extravagance. By Doing this, they often forget to “live” a little, or experience different things that this world has to offer. And yes, punjabis are a different kind altogether! Love their zest for life !

@@SimV239Nowadays, marriages and jewellery have nothing to do with investment. Many South Indians (I can peculiarly speak about Tamilians) don't have the " Southern Sanskar ". They live and behave like a third-Western, a third-North Indian (but many will hate Hindustani and deny that "Bollywoodisation") and only a third-South Indian way,... In Indian Tamil marriages, there are no dance or lavish night receptions in older days,... Now Tamilians like to dance (somewhat considered by many as "shameful" long ago), to drink (idem), to wear a lot of jewelry, have a grand and luxurious ceremony and reception, etc. The Northie who said these comment is true,... I think that is their perception of today's South Indians (which is true, in comparison to a more extremism and orthodoxy seeking and going North). But all these moves also have a larger linkage to social, cultural and political movements that happen in TN and lesser elsewhere, decades ago. Even the "Southern Sanskar" I written earlier may sound to you too "classist," "ambiguous", etc.

Many Pakistanis now want to have peace with India because it’s a progressing economy and they want to take advantage of it. I don’t hear Indians saying that they want to open borders. So that speaks a lot.

Absolutely!!! Now just because their economy got collapsed and they're in a situation where they need to borrow daily to meet their expenses, they're singing these love songs and advocating for peace with India. The day Pakistan achieves stability in economy with comfortable foreign exchange reserves, they'll again increase their jihadi operations. It is in best interest for India to completely isolate itself from Pakistan for its internal peace and stability.

My son had shown me a Wildlens video of Abrar's visit to India, since than I'm seeing his Indian travelogue whenever free. Since my family is from Madras/Chennai and Hyderabad Daccan, I had chance to visit my neighboring country. I been there in 1989 while I was a college student. I, too, found that, in general, people there treated us well when they got to know that we were from Pakistan. I along with my son and daughter had applied for visa in 2017. There was a family event n relatives from many countries had gathered in Chennai. To our utter disappointment our visas were refused. I wish people from both sides be able to visit each other easily. General public on both sides isn't hostile, few exceptions do exist but if people get a chance to visit, many misconceptions may cease. I still long to visit India, specially after seeing Abrar's videos. I ask Abrar to visit Chennai in your next visit to India. People there are educated, simple and law abiding. The cuisine is tempting and environmental is peaceful. .
