He must've been nervous without the members. He had mentioned that he'll probably super nervous alone and yet he showed us who Jeon Jungkook is, giving it his best in everything. I'm so so proud of how many new sides he showed us with his solo debut! From his vocal styles to pronunciation to concept, it was all so refreshing. He was so courageous in this video, despite being more confident compared to his past shy self (whom I also love), he is still an introvert and so doing this interview alone without his brothers must've been so pressuring. I truly love and admire his introvertedness, I love that some things just never change. His introvertedness makes him just as attractive as when he's confident when performing and it's this duality of his on and off-stage personas that make me fall in love with him again and again. Thank you dear, Jungkook for all your hard work up until now. We love you, dearly.

I think the interview GMA did was unwelcoming, unprofessional condescending towards JK. They asked no questions pertaining to his own accomplishments, mentioned Jimin's presence visibly disturbing JK , botched the interpreters efforts, failed to mic him or hand him her mic. I could go on. GMA failed.

She was the interviewer. She’s not trained to be a professional interpreter (which can take years!) She’s not going to be able to convey every nuance. She had to start without the interpreter & try to adjust her questions on the fly because they had less time with relocating to the studio, & work though a bunch of other things at once. None of that was part of the plan. She was put on the spot & did quite well with what she had. The same for Jung Kook. Luckily they knew each other since interviewed them before along with President Moon when they came over as Special Envoys to speak at the UN. She did a 1/2 hr? 1hr? interview special.

I think he was just really shy... You know how he is. He's also so humble. The more interviews he does by himself, the better he will be. Also the language gap makes things really really hard. I'm so proud of him and I know he was probably really nervous.
