Several folks left comments in on my recent Desert Strike longplay asking if I was going to do Jungle Strike, so here's a new longplay of the awesome sequel. I was able to shave an hour off my previous best thanks to having my old video as a reference point, so I was able to go straight to most of the objectives, cutting out unnecessary checking of the map and searching for stuff. I've added chapters for each mission and objective, so you should be able to find any section of the game you want to watch.
Jungle Strike really is the high watermark in the series, improving on the original game by adding more complex objectives, as well as less constrained mission design, allowing players to complete objectives out-of-order. Graphics are snazzier, and the flight model and slick scrolling make for a game that controls brilliantly, for the most part.
The real highlight this time around is the ability to pilot other vehicles, including a motorcycle, hover craft and F-117A stealth bomber!
All things considered Jungle Strike took the Strike series to the next level - an excellent game!
