Jason, thank you for sharing this video. That cheesecake looks delicious. I never knew but there is a Junior’s bakery outlet located in South Jersey (Burlington, NJ). They have listed on their menu a no sugar, low carb cheesecake for $55.95. They’ll even ship it to your house. I’ll have to try Junior’s one of these days. Thanks again as always for the great content.

Beetroot is apparently very good for diabetics btw. I am not a fan of beetroot. Please do more Americana restaurant footage. I miss going to proper American restaurants as I'm in the UK. It's sad to see how expensive food is in the states now!

Beet sugar is broken down easily by the body. But it is earthy. Beets were the main source for sugar before and during wwII. After that was cane sugar from hawaii. And then corn sugar, and then processed corn sugar. Pickeled beets were a staple growing up. Sweet, and lasts forever. But hey, that was the old days. Jason, why do you hang with unimpressionable people. Nice but glass is empty people.
